Tesla Powerwall 3 Gateway Connection Box Storage Package.

Tesla Powerwall 3 can deliver 11kW discharge & 5kW charge with 13.5kWh of fully useable energy.

Powerwall 3 achieves this by supporting up to 20 kW DC of solar and providing 11.04 kW AC of continuous power per unit. It has the ability to store up to 13.5 kWh of energy and start heavy loads rated up to 185 A LRA, meaning a single Powerwall 3 can support the power needs of most homes.

Gateway

Powerwall  must be installed with a Tesla Gateway – this provides energy management and monitoring for solar self-consumption and time-based controls. Communicating directly with Powerwall, the Gateway allows you to monitor energy use and manage backup energy reserves from any mobile device through the Tesla app.

Important

Effective from April 1st 2023 Tesla will no longer be supplying fuses and fuse holders as part of the gateway kit. These fuses are mandatory to ensure that the installation is capable of withstanding a 16kA short circuit and you are therefore expected to procure and install these fuses for all future installations

For a 1ph installation you will require 1 x 100A fuse - Included in this package
