OUR REVISED RETURN POLICY: RETURNS WITHOUT A REASONABLE CAUSE WILL INCUR A 25% DEDUCTION FOR RESTOCKING FEES.
At U Solar Shop, we strive to offer high-quality products and customer satisfaction. We understand that you may occasionally need to return a product, whether it’s due to damage, fault, or simply not being required anymore. That’s why we have updated our returns policy to make it even better for our customers.
Our 30-day returns policy allows you to return products that are defective, if your item is not defective you can still return the items within 14 days from the date of order. Please note that most items sold by U Solar Shop come with a manufacturer’s warranty, which can range from 12 months to 25 years. While we don’t offer a warranty, we are happy to exchange items that are initially faulty or damaged.
To ensure that our returns policy is fair and transparent, we have included a new headline. Returns made without a reasonable cause will incur a 25% deduction from the refund, which will cover order processing fees and other related costs. We believe that this will help us to maintain our high standards while keeping our prices competitive.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. However, if you have no other legal right to return a product, you can still return it to us if:
(a) we receive the returned product within 30 days of purchase;
(b) the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in a condition that allows us to sell it as new; or the product is faulty, and;
(c) you comply with the returns procedure outlined below.

Within the 30 day return window, you must contact U Solar Shop to notify them you will be returning the item. Only once this is agreed should you send the item, packaged to the same standard in which it was received, back to U Solar shop at the address listed here. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer when no fault lies with U Solar Shop.
If the item is faulty or damaged it is possible that U Solar Shop can arrange for it to be collected and replaced. In this case, please contact us to arrange this. You must have the item ready for collection at the specified time and date, again packaged to the same standard it was received.
